The west-facing pool deck is very private and is the perfect spot for soaking up the Florida sunshine after a long day at the theme parks. Enjoy relaxing in the private pool (pool heating is an additional fee). It has a screened lanai with a shaded dining area to seat 8, plus 4 sun loungers by the pool. There's also a pool safety fence for those with young children.

Sliding doors lead to the pool deck from the recently restyled living room with sofas, a 55" Smart TV, wooden floor and open floor plan. There is a well-equipped newly remodeled kitchen with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, utensils etc. There is also a breakfast bar with stools and a nook area with seating for four. Right next door is a stylish second dining area to seat 4.

There is a second lounge area at the front of the home with comfortable seating and a flat screen SMART TV (bring your own game console). This room is perfect for teens or kids and is a great gathering space to play board games or puzzles. The home contains cabinets of games, puzzles, toys and books for all ages.

The home features TWO large master king bedrooms. The first features a private balcony, perfect for watching the sunset. It has a king bed, flat screen SMART TV and an en suite bathroom with a large tub, shower, twin sinks and 2 walk-in closets.
