This one-storey home features two living areas and both are equipped with flat screen TVs to keep the whole family happy! The family room has a large flat screen SMART TV with Netflix, a Blu-ray player, DVD player and surround sound. The living room also has a flat screen TV and comfortable sofas.

There is a formal dining area that seats 6, a second dining area that seats 8 plus a breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the comforts from home including a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle etc.

All of the bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed and an en-suite with both a shower and a tub.
The second bedroom has a full/double bed and an en suite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms are both twins and share the third family bathroom.

Enjoy soaking up the sun on the south-facing pool deck and take a dip in the lovely private pool. There is a covered seating area with comfortable lounge seating and a ceiling fan for when you need some shade. Out on the deck you will find sun loungers and a table and chairs set. The pool can be heated and there is also a pool safety net for those with children.

The garage is set up with a table tennis table and seating. There is also a utility room with a washer, dryer and ironing facilities.
This home has air conditioning throughout, Wifi and free local calls. There is also a high chair and pack and play for babies.
